I am John Olshlager the Head Instructor, founder and owner of Nokado Schools of Self Defense. On behalf of myself, my students and Nokado we want to wish you the warmest, happiest and healthiest Winter ever.

We absolutely realize that people have a choice and we want to educate you on why joining Nokado School of Self Defense is absolutely the correct one.

For over 30 years we have helped children from as young as 3 years old on up to adults as old as 60 years of age. Nokado has become a driving force in their lives. In fact, I have children in my school that are the children of students that trained as kids themselves. Some are actually still training. Nokado is not just a martial art it is a culture and family.

We welcome all new students and their families with an open heart full of energy and spirit that is flowing in all of "The Nokado Schools."
